I started out with WebAir, and ended up moving to Tear2 due to downtime and network issues i had with WebAir.

Jim waited on me hand and foot. Took care of everything rather quickly, and this was for a tiny little $20/mo virtualhost. I ended up upgrading to my own colo, and everything's still peachy. (They eventually offered me an internal support position with them.)

I've never worked with, or dealt with greater folks than Dave, Jim & Nick.

I would recommend Rackco.com

There not the cheapest on the market but there hardware is oustanding, there bandwith is great, support is perfect, and you can contact the owners 24/7 (they even give there cell numbers).

They will help you from conception through to order completion and even look after you once the order is complete, and check in on you regularly just to see if everything is ok and anything more they can do to help.

I have tried others in the past thinking I could get a better deal, but always been the same story, you get what you pay for. I have been with reliable now over 4 years and I doubt I will ever move from them. They may not be the cheapest, but they provide the service I need, 24/7 I can always get someone to help me if I need it right now, not 2 hours later, not 2 days later, not 2 weeks later. They understand the importance of being up 100% of the time. They handle the install of scripts for me if I need it, admin the servers everything. I'm not a unix guy. I know nothing about web servers. They have helped fill that gap in my knowledge.

I had 1 issue about 3 years ago where a motherborad fried in my dedicated box, I just happen to be working on an update on the server when it happened and before I could call them to report a problem my line was ringing with them on the other line. They had me moved to a new server and back up in less than an hour. thats a 100 gig worth of data.. not bad service!
