"The pleas means the two companies, both owned by Francis, will have to pay $2.1 million in fines and restitution, with about $1.6 million of it coming from the companies and the remaining $500,000 coming from Francis himself. "
He probably made that much $ in 2-3 days |
makes one wonder what this means for publicly shot content like beach content and other party/wet-t style stuff?

Youre probably right about that... maybe not days - but 2.1 million is not alot to someone doing that well. Still nothing to sneeze at. At least no jail time. |

Watch how DOJ will spin this 'victory'..

I would assume this means that GGW and everyone else will have to quit selling the titles/content that violated the 2257 rules, and have the videos yanked from video shelves, web sites, etc.
No mention of this in the article. Also, no jail time for Joey... Getting mentioned on probably every TV station and in every newspaper in the country, plus others worldwide, may even be worth $2 million or more of new revenue to GGW. ADG Webmaster |
I posted this in the other thread too... not sure which one will stay on the page...
So if I am to understand this this, even though GGW didn't have 2257 paperwork on some of the girls (or a bunch), they pay a fine and are still able to sell the products? Or are the titles going to be removed from the market? I didn't see where it said those details. |
dude.....hahaha Dave you fucking crack me up man hahaha
