Where is a good place to sell or buy a mainstream site besides eBay? Anybody have a suggestion?

there is a big one .. but all anyone seems to sell is adsense sites... myspace site, and shit sites that command 5 figures for the usual ...
I dont have time for the this site and i need money for a bigger better project. ( yet the site and domain were created 30 days before)
