Are they using the pics to then up-sell the actual tours inside their AVS sites?

I'm not sure what you mean. Like I said, if you go to that page, you will see the pics of our they are using to promote our sites. But then if you go to join, it goes through a sexkey site, which has nothing to do with us. I could be wrong, but if someone is using our pics to sell their site, and not reselling us, that's pretty nuked.
