Whats the best hosting for a VBulletin board?
 

a host that understand what a busy Vbulletin board will need (because I dont).
Want something solid and reliable but a reasonable price. Not something cheap.

oh, and will charge me for the actual usage I use, and not by domains. I like to buy domains constantly and add them and dont want to pay an extra $xx a month per domain. I want to pay per bandwith usage.

and also need a control panel so I can add new domains all the time when I buy them.
