Lets talk about CCBill.

I know there are many people that choose to promote programs based soley on the fact that they use CCBill as their payment processor.

We are thinking of adding them to our cascade at www.earlmillercash.com
for promoting www.earlmiller.com

We currently use NATS as it is and we have our own merchant account .

As many of you know when you have your own merchant account the rate you are charged to process is much much lower .(this is why we have not added CCBill already)

However we always get asked to add CCBill as a processor from webmasters.
So my question is, if we add CCBill as a processor to www.earlmiller.com

will/does that effect your decison on promoting our site.

Would you like to see CCBILL as an option on www.earlmiller.com as a webmaster ?

and a qestion to sponsors is, do you see more sales with more options on processors in your cascade ? and how does CCBill do for you ?

I know this is a business thread, so it might not get many replies but if you promise to behave stay drama free here and answear the questions, I will promise to show you some naked pics later on OK .

Hell I will even statrt a thread for you to call me names in if you want .:winkwink:

I like promoting CCbill sponsors....

tranza 09-12-2006 07:46 AM

Won't affect my decision at all.

SteveLightspeed 09-12-2006 07:52 AM

CCBill has processed millions of transactions for webmasters without ever missing a single payment. It is a great company run by honest people.

That *should* affect your decision!

rock solid company

Boobs 09-12-2006 08:43 AM

i like promoting ccbill because i get one check and it always come

Karupted Charles 09-12-2006 08:46 AM

Joe we have the same situation. Even with the higher rates offered by CCBill it makes sense. For one they can offer Discover and JCB payment that you may not have with your MB. They have multiple language join forms and 1 time phone billing. Adding extra options helps conversions for both the owners and the affiliates. Not to mention it never hurts to have a secondary biller to cascade to.

GonZo 09-12-2006 08:50 AM

CCBill's check has shown up every Thursday without fail.
Paycom/Epoch cant say that.
Their support is topshelf... doesnt matter if your an affiliate or a merchant.
You are leaving money on the table if you dont have them in your cascade.

Good answers so far-

Also, Joe, offering CCBill let's new affiliates join the program very quickly and easily to 'test' market tools, etc. by merging an ID for your program into an existing CCBill account. And many many webmasters already have a CCBill acct, so they may be more apt to give Earl Miller Cash a shot. :)

pussyluver 09-12-2006 08:52 AM

ccBill is ultra reliable on sending the checks. If a sponsor wants to shave, they can with or without ccBill. So it doesn't affect my decision that much. It is my opinion that ccBill scrubs hard and that hurts what would otherwise be a good conversion. I also understand that they have a lot of scammers to deal with...

You can call any time and get a patient and respectful response.
That counts for a lot!

But to do that, CCBill would not be part of the cascade, and would just be a seperate option to webmasters instead of using nats.. It would be good for some affiliates, but can see it causing hassle for the program so time later down the line..

webdonkey 09-12-2006 08:54 AM

90% of all i promote is ccbill, check is always on time, clean stats all in one place. I love it :1orglaugh

PaulK and Corvette are cool dudes, they always help us out when we need something...

fallenmuffin 09-12-2006 09:00 AM

CCBill all the way... its my main thing.

Babagirls 09-12-2006 09:00 AM

i love ccbill for the only fact that i get several sponsors' checks at once, in one check. and they pay out weekly. cant beat that.

Joesho 09-12-2006 09:25 AM

Thank you for the input. We will be adding CCBill soon as an option.

xNetworx 09-12-2006 09:26 AM

CCbill is a staple of any cascade :thumbsup

E$_manager 09-12-2006 09:28 AM

After Shock Media 09-12-2006 09:32 AM

Since we are talking about ccbill anyways. Kudos to them for getting their folding machine lined up again. I can actually safely tear the checks away again without worry.:thumbsup

True... was waiting for someone to say that.

The Ghost 09-12-2006 10:34 AM

Generally people who promote only CCBill programs do it on the basis that they are PAID from CCbill. Having CCBill added to your cascade still means the checks will be coming from YOUR program with YOUR minimums on YOUR schedule, not from CCBill. Unless you set up specific links that only go to CCbill as a processor which elimates the cascade altogether.

We also use CCBill in our cascade, and generally have them as primary. CCBill only affiliates do not benefit from cascading billing, since the payments are based upon only sales processed through CCbill subscriptions directly through CCBill.

Dr. Wicks 09-12-2006 10:36 AM

Gillespie,

Where are you located and what ip range are you coming from? We will run a trace route and see if there is congestion along the way!

Gillespie 09-12-2006 10:39 AM

It's not something that happened just today, it's always. I can wait, but sometimes it takes up to a minute.

I'm from 190.64.***.***

Will do Doug, and thank you for your reply, we actually have a CCBill account we are gaining from a program we purchased, I will keep in touch with you on the transfer if that is OK so you can walk me through it. I am told that is all being done this week .
Then unless I am mistaken we can use that same account and add our Earl Miller program to it , is that right ?

Or will we need to set up different accounts for different programs we own ?

circlekhabib 09-13-2006 10:23 AM

99% of my sponsors use only ccbill.
I will not do business with epoch.
been there done that got fucked on late checks
at christmas time twice.
cascading offers me nothing and is not proven to
make the webmaster more money,
regardless of what the sheep herders and their stand up
friends want you to believe.
