You should put 5 - 10 nicley written sentences with some good SE keywords (google loves that), a thumbnail or two of the model .. and a link to the paysite, which would change to the affiliate link automatically for each affiliate of yours.

full blog posts, a lot of sponsors have feeds, but they are just daily galleries. not even a long description.
