x having customers fuck around with the girls and going too far
x having customers who fall in love with the girls and start to stalk them
x idiots who show up after the club drunk with like 10 friends when only 1 or 2 of them are paying for pussy
x cops start to harass you after a while once they find out.... they can't really do anything.. but they'll park in your parking lot when they have nothing better to do, to scare away customers that are coming there and to fuck with your business

note: I don't run a massage parlour but i know some people who do and they tell me some of this shit...

girls stealing clients etc from you

girls bringing their drug dealers/boyfriends over/around pissing off your other girls

pimps using verifiable clients to book out call appointments for your girls just to hand them a card etc = (scare the shit out of your girls & piss them off royally)

most girls are big followers and if you dont have a lot of girls working for you your hiring page will barely convert

a lot of clients expect every girl to do every dirty deed unprotected or else she's no good (gfe/pse all inclusive)

a lot of girls dont want to sleep with every tom, dick and harry bareback = less calls

when you start to grow...

some of your competitors may pay people to post non clickable links to your site in ads for 75% off for all new clients or on local tranny sites to jam your phone lines

some of your competitors may pay people to post non clickable links to your site in ads with girls totally not affiliated with your site to give your service bad rep

some of your competitors may pay people to post bad reviews on your girls

I am a partner in a very large service in the Midwest. Had it for a little over 10 years. It's a serious cash cow so I can't walk away from it.

I can tell you straight up that it is a pain in the fucking ass. If I still had to do the day to day with it, I would have quit 9 1/2 years ago. My partner does all of that and saves me the grief. Thank God. Listening to the non-stop bull shit that comes out of the girls mouths makes me want to choke them out. Then the customers... oh man... some are cool, but most of them are assess. Just to answer the phone and hear them say "Uh, yea... what kind of girls you have tonight?" makes me want to scream. lol It's cool at first, but 100,000,000 calls later... fuck me, I can't even stand to hear any phone ring these days.

There are too many cons to list, but the pro is... it's a money maker if you do it right. However, most people do not.

It also depends a lot on where you are located. Some cities could care less, others will not stop until you are out of business or in jail. Where I'm from it's a non-stop battle, but somehow we are still going strong and making more money than ever.

Timing had a lot to do with my success. If started from scratch again today, I doubt I could do the same.

I would say don't do it.
