Looking for script for opt-in e-mail program
 

Been searching around for an opt-in e-mail program but haven't seem anything to impressive. Anyone know where I can buy one? Needs to have all the standard stuff. E-mail confirmation with clickable confirm link to new subscribers, mailing software needs to attach remove info at bottom. Needs to be able to handle large list.

Any ideas out there?
