I prefer live bands-- acoustic live bands to be exact. :)

A live band is a different experience, I go to venues all the time specifically to see live bands... If I just wanna get hammered and party with my friends though it's all about the DJ and what mix he/she plays :thumbsup

Actually the trance song that I listen to has it a dj saved my life its a remake of the orignial.

I prefer Djs, but sometimes i have a mood for live bands.

I don't like going to clubs at all...

Depends on the DJ. I'd rather listen to slightly less crappy band than a really crappy DJ.

I've seen 100s of DJs and bands (many of the worlds best Djs) and for CLUBBING, DJ is the only way to go imo. A DJ with a dude playing drums is cool if its a tribal style.

I goto dirty fucking indie clubs, you will find me in the back of the bar... but dont try and talk to me. im way too cool for that shit....... lmfao :)

I like DJ's too but I find them boring going to a show, I see live bands all the time my Husband is in 5 of them and I take the band pics so win win for me...

depends on my mood. sometimes i want to hear some jazz.. sometimes some deep dark tribal house.

It all depends on how you feel that day. but i have to admit, at 33, i feel a lil silly going to clubs and hanging around 18-19 year old guidos always looking for some beef.
