If you absolutely have no idea how to, then you shouldn't be buying servers and selling hosting. Go the resale route instead, it will be much cheaper and easier for you...

Get a virtual server acct for 10$ a month, cut it into 2, set up virtual ftp's & sell it for 10$ each.
