So can anyone tell me what Amsterdam will be like? Aside from the coffee shops and the show, is there good shopping, sight seeing, etc? Any tips are welcomed.

I am leaving tomorrow morning so I have a couple of days to see the sights, I've looked at a couple of websites and it looks like there is plenty to see in Amsterdam.
There is a tourist office at the central station, that will be my first stop to pick up a map and find out more about the sights.

Don't trust them.. There's a reason there are 16 million people on such a small strip of land :)

I'd already be living there if it weren't for the weather.

If anybody knows of a place with Amsterdam's laws and culture and weather like Florida or better...hit me up. :-)
