MPG skipping
 
I got a small issue with windows media player and real player
i got a MPG i downlaoded but when i try to fast forward or skip it wont let me

any way around this?
is it some sort of encoidng within the DVD?

I've experienced this before in the past. I'm not sure either if it is intentional or the file is damaged in some way...

it could be your computer. I.E., not enough memory. Try increasing your virtual memory, or it coulod be the way some pc's react to 2 pass encoded mpegs. I have about 7 pc's. About 3 of them i cant fast forward an mpeg even if its on my hard drive. Im 99% sure its the 2pass vbr.
