But since I started I realised finding girls with the right look is harder than expected :)

I've been shooting 25 years now and finding and models "managing" them is the biggest problem.

Been in the Czech Republic for 3 1/2 years now and it is definately an improvement on the UK and US. They just seem to be more keen to do the work and less interested in giving us a hard time.
