I am looking for Holland or UK Located - Dedicated Server.

Here are some specifics:
Windows Server:
* Pentium 4
* 2GB+ ram
* Win 2003 Standart
* Plesk Control Panel
* MS SQL server
* 2 HDD * 80G(+) SATA or SCSI
* Live support (on ICQ or Messengers will be great), Ticketing system works too.
* Weekly Backup (or manual + NAS)

I need also pack of 20 IPs or more..
Actualy I need about 80 IPs but that depends of price.
I don't like to pay setup fees.

Payment options: Paypal, Epassporte or Wire (payment in EURO is ok).
