***drama*** Vixen Wholesle From New Zealand Has Still Not Paid 3 Months Late!!!!!!!
 

Vixen Wholesale from New Zealand that bought some DVD rights from my company, Pinelake, has now delayed the purchase payment for 3 months and frankly I AM SICK OF THEIR BULLSHIT. Below are some more email conversations:

I emailed him this:

Brian, why did you sign, accept, give me invoice when you KNEW at that
time you could not pay us? Why did you commit the deal when you knew it
could take you up to 3-4 months to pay us 2000$. Why did you sign a
contract stating payment should be complete 5 days after the delivery of
the last material when you cannot uphold such?

And secondly why must our company suffer from the fact that you have
internal problems incorporating the product you already purchased but
not paid for?
Third, where is our hard drive, what is the excuse for not shipped our
hardware back to us? I had to go out buy an additional hard drive
because I was expecting to get this back for another shipment.

So once and for all now. WHEN can we expect to get payment, just give me
a DATE, nothing else, stop bullshitting me, stop lying, just give me a
date. And I want at that date the payment to be completed and in our
bank account. So tell me, 1 month, 6 months or 40 months. I don't care,
right now I just want a date of when this payment is due so I can put
that in the system here.

And to avoid further delays of you ignoring my email, I would like a
reply to all these answer this week. If that is not happening you are
forcing me to go to other people stating this issue between our
companies.

With regards to your hard drive, I honestly thought that had gone back
to you several weeks ago. I will follow-up on this immediately.

On the issue of ignoring your Emails, this hasn't been intentional. Even
though it is difficult to repeatedly confront an issue that I have so
grossly mishandled, I make it a point to never avoid communication. The
recent delays in my responses has been due to our annual Erotica show
that took place last week. Every year, the last weeks in August is an
absolute nightmare and some of the side-affects is delayed
communications.

Now to the heart of the matter... Since I don't want to give you another
date that I cannot definitely fulfill, I need to sit down with the other
directors, explain the gravity of the situation and collectively commit
to a date. Unfortunately, I am in the States until next Saturday, so the
only definite commitment I can make to you at this time is to call you
with the chosen date on or before Monday the 18th. I know that these 2
titles are scheduled for our November release, so the worst case would
be a mid-October purchase date. However, I'm hoping to be able to make
the transfer much earlier than that.

From his reply, they don't really sound like scammers.

If they really intended ripping you off, they would just not answer your emails, but the guy does sound a bit genuine.

As a business person you have to understand that these things happen, it's just the nature of the game. I've always found that been polite but firm works best for me... a couple of times I've had big cheques that have bounced (which of course pissed me off big time), but I always try and give them a chance to explain and make good... and sometimes it might take a while but they usually do.

Calling people liars and backstabbing thiefs is one way to get their backs up and if the didn't intend fucking you over before, they probably do now.

Just my 2 cents worth, but I hope you get it sorted.

I dont care what they say right now. For all I care is that the contract obligations were not met, END of story, I give a shit of what they have problems with. And promissing me 3 times they wire and now they dont, right.....

Please understand me when I am saying, I see these money as lost. I dont expect to get anything back. After 3 months of someone pissing on your company and making you look like an absolute fool. Fine we lost the money, but god damn I will make sure this gets heard :mad: :mad:

On the plus side the guy should have made some cash from that show he was doing in Auckland. It got a LOT of attention this year.

Yup, 2k and a HD. Just expenses for sending multiple samples and harddrive is almost 500$, so this venture has been a total failure. There will be no long term relationship here, oh yes wait.....a 40 year old long relationship, LOL

So in the long run IF we ever get paid, those 2000$ are nothing, it just closes some wounds, and doesnt make me look like a complete fool within the company.
