Ya know... I'll tell you a quick story that you may like. Just recently they discovered a new crustacean that looks like a lobster and it appears to grow a fur-like coat. Although it?s a bit sketchy on what the fur is for, marine biologists think it?s to detoxify poisonous materials from the water, letting the lobster survive near underwater vents. Boil a lobster, split it in 2. Get the meat out. Cut it in small parts, put it back in the shell, cover it with garlic butter and cheese (real cheese, so non American) and put it under the grill for 2 mins. Yum yuuuuuuuuuuuum!

We order lobsters from Maine a few times a year... can't forget the lobster bisque or stew.

In my alternative life I live in Gloucester. I spent a lot of time there as a child and loved it.

I actually dont like or eat lobster or crab etc.
I will have shrimp..but i just can't get past lobster being related to spiders.

They do taste good in garlic butter but not for me anymore....my wife she loves it with black bean sauce.
