What food do you guys eat
puting on extra pounds. what light foods do you guys eats im thinking of switching over to a salad diet .

Egg whites, cookies, fudge, pasta and chicken burgers.

Eat the same as usual but exercise 30 minutes a day that will keep the pounds away ...

i would just add exercise like mentioned above. it sounds like you're not trying to lose a bunch of weight but just a few lbs and then maintaining. that way you can eat what you want and do just fine.

just about naything, go to the gym daily but still need to lose 4-5 kgs
