for the aggreagtion i use carp and its paid versions...

so this might be a better solution for really lazies :)

Not saying original text isn't important for certain stuff but it's definately not required and matters much less on blogs for reasons I don't want to get into here.

Pulling feeds is not going to last UNLESS the feeds are unique for each instantiation. Pulling the exact same feeds with just tracking code mods is going to run out of steam very quickly.

Not true. While duplicate content isn't optimal it matters less in a blog than on a website. Not only that, it has it's uses regardless of if it is on 1 site or 50,000. You think every article site on the net gets 0 SE traffic? They all share the same stuff with hundreds or thousands of sites.
