PhatServers - WTF???
 

I bought a hosting package from PhatServers this morning and before I even finished my morning cup of coffee - they had me up and running!!!

Special thanks to Sly for taking care of a brotha' and for the support dept for getting me plugged in so quickly :thumbsup

Wait till you put in a support request. It seems like before you can push send they have fixed or added or done whatever you asked. Amazing.

Phatservers and I have had our differences, but their support is exceptional and Sly definitely goes out of his way to hook people up.

Yup, another vote for them here. I think the longest I had to ever wait for a support ticket, was 23mins something. And never a template response either, 100% professionalism.
