Distributors of "Toilet Man 6", "Bukkake 3", and "Scat Pleasures" arrested.

In what appears to be a Department of Justice first, federal officials today included the word "bukkake" in a press release announcing the arrest of a Brazilian man for allegedly distributing obscene material.

this is what happens when you send stuff through the us postal service.. the postal inspectors will fuck your day up. they are worse then cops or feds. this is the person to worry about pissing off. fuck with the mail and you go to jail. use the mail to do bad shit, you go to jail.

Orlando has never been a safe place for porn. Almost all their tax dollars and revenue comes from Disney World and other theme parks... and practically every 3rd building outside of a downtown area in that state is a church. They have always been very clear that they dont want that stuff there. They have busted people there for years... even busting people for doing cam shows.

I personally find that stuff utterly disgusting. It actually makes me sick just reading about it.

However, it should not be the job of the government to tell us what is obscene and not obscene. Their job is to protect us and serve us, not be the judge of what is morally acceptible. I find the actions disgusting, but if people enjoy it, they should have a right to do it and view it.

From the descriptions, sounds like a fairly gross movie, OK very gross. Hard to argue it is not obscene, but you start with this and where does it end up? Loss of more freedoms!

Our industry and society as a whole needs to exercise some SELF restraint to protect our freedoms. If we don't, the government will for us.

Why the Fuck was the postal inspector doing the investigation?

crocket, the postal inspector is the deal because the videos were delivered by the mail - it is a very serious offence to ship obscene material across state lines (interstate transport of obscene material), and the post office has their own "police" to check for these sorts of things.

All the way back to Amateur Action BBS, the postal inspectors have been on the job.

Two lessons to learn from this situation:

Lesson 1: Don't promote scat, watersports, or 5 finger fisting, and certianly not all together.

Lesson 2: Don't send it through the mail. Selling videos through the mail, what with the issue of "community standards", it is a kill every time.

The online part will very likely never really make it through court, as they would have to prove that Orlando is the community of record for the online stuff, and they would have to prove that the website owner caused the transport or distribution (not clear in legal terms)... this one will come down to the standard "obscene stuff through the mail" and 5 year later, it will all be over.

Then movies like Behind the Green Door and Deep Throat came along and pushed back the barriers a very, very long way. Postal Inspectors are a great source for the federal government because the rules of the mail allow them to open and inspect packages without a warrant. No probable cause required, just "random checks". It stands up well in court, there is no privacy in your mail in reality.

Otherwise, the feds would have had to builda whole case up and get a judge to sign off on a warrant. Can you imaging the work otherwise? Postal Inspectors are like a free pass.

its not just things that involve mail i think. i believe that CP investigations also typically involve the postal service because for whatever reasons, they have some role in the cross border parts of it. its one of the bigger reasons that people don't get busted often - because they have to involve so many government agencies and departments in the country of origin and the country where they are investigating.

Read the actual court documents, and you will see that they also had movies shipped thru FedEx ...

no... i am not 100% sure but the issues are not about "using the post office" - but about shipping across state lines etc. and i seriously doubt that the applicable laws define "mailing" or "via mail" "mail order" or whatever the relevant language is, is defined as just using the "post office".

sorry, but your wrong. my father worked at the post office for over 40 years and was a postmaster and i also worked at the post office in highschool.

fedex and us mail are 2 totally different things with different laws pertaining to them.

I work for fedex for 17 years now and to tell the gods honest truth the company is soo greedy they can really care what you ship unless somebody tiped thm off or it gotten broken open nobody would know what is being shipped....and the whole thing well... there is some shit in this business i dont agree with butttt we are supposed to have freedom of speech and soforth which is why cant cuss at work and not get a talking to!! this country is gonna do what ever it wants anyway what bout our homless/jobless or the high crime areas that dont improve but then we are in everyone elses business but our own!!!someone has a hard on for the porn guy but the guy with no job who can walk is tryin to husle you for a dollar and puts his hands on you and you might go to jail cause you push him off!!
