Well lets see. It keeps us in contact with icq or aim 100% of the time. Id say one of a customers biggest concerns is being able to reach someone when there is an issue would you disagree?

stickyfingerz 09-08-2006 03:07 PM

Basically anyone disagreeing with my above post is saying customer service is unimportant. Have at it folks.

Not to mention my 1800 support number I give to clients goes directly to my sidekick if Im away from my office. Making fun of us going out of our way to provide routes of communication to our clients. You got me there.....

Typically customers would feel much safer knowing that they don't need to depend on a cell ringer waking up their techs to solve important problems.

Can't beat NatNet, love them. I keep trying to see if their support will take more than 3 minutes, even the most complicated requests seem to take seconds to finish, lol. Great job :)

Nope, but I'm sure DWHS would be much better if we did. I guess we need to get with the times. :disgust

Jace 09-08-2006 04:03 PM

majority of hosting companies have emergency and alternate contacts in place for their clients

Hell, I have my box set up to alert not only me, but my hired server tech and one other person via email, sms and chat when ANYTHING goes wrong with my server

Hole in my shoe? Wtf are you talking about? Brand new nikes for casual, and brand new rockports for non casual wear. You apparently were looking at the wrong guy. And if you were so gung ho on the boards to come after me and beat me up as you said, well why didnt you step up? I asked several people about you and if they had seen you just to bury the hatchet. Were you at the wet tshirt contest? If so I doubt you could of missed me.

Email
Icq
Aim
Msn
Phone
Browser
SSh
800# that forwards from my wifi phone after 5 rings comes to my sk3.

More about a imaginary hole in my shoe? Find me someone to verify that. Im looking at my shoes right now and there are no holes. Are you making shit up as usual? How do you get your traffic brandon?
