Never used it.

it was in position 19

you can still use the old smilies, just look in preferences, under Skin/Appearances and then select 'old smilies' under Emoticons

when ICQ updated I hated the new emoticons, someone posted a thread about it and I got this same advice so I switched it and the people I was talking to noticed that I was using the old emoticons again, so I figure it must display to the other person :2 cents:
