ICS / Playboy is hiring. I have fourteen jobs open and I spend a good part of my day dealing with hiring new folks to join our team.

One of our staff mentioned someone to me - someone I had heard of but didn't know. I started talking to him via ICQ, and started checking him out. At the same time, he was checking me out, asking for references - which included speaking to my former employer.
