CCBill Quick Stats Help
asked ccbill a question and got a weird responce that I'm wondering if someone could explain to me. I've been thinking that you'd take the gross amount, remove the fees, minus the refund, chargebacks etc... minus the referral sales and I'd end up with my profits before wire costs etc...
now she is telling me that the "referral sales" listed under quick stats: "That is the gross sales it does not include any fees or payouts to affiliates." Does that make sence to you guys? The amount and the number of sales doesn't add up for me if its what she is telling me... that can't be gross made by affiliates could it? *help* :Oh crap |
next from ccbill:
"It includes the percentage sent to the affiliates, however it does not include any of the CCBill fees." whaaaat? |
bump for an answer...

Here is my 'GUESS' (I can not see it exactly, because we don't have the referral fee, since we use NATS)
http://ccbillhelp.ccbill.com/graphic/quickstats_ovr.jpg I 'think' the guy/lady from ccbill meant, that referral sales are the payments 'given' to the affiliates. However, when you cover their billing fees, those will be deducted from YOU as well...You can set the billing costs as, all costs for you, all costs for affiliate, or split the costs... Or did I misunderstood your question? |

another question that comes to mind based on that.. can you actually use the quick stats to calculate the profit? I've always taken the gross minus the fees.. minus the chargebacks etc.. minus the affiliate payout and gone with that number.. beliving that would give me just about the correct amount.. how do you guys do it? |
