P2PADS Inc. Acquired By Gallery Traffic Service

After a fantastic first year of operations Mark Hurson owner of Gallery Traffic Service, has acquired majority shareholder interest in P2PADS.com. The move marks the end of a 2 year business relationship with Brad Gosse of Yourbrain Media Inc.

Brad Gosse and his wife Claire continue to own and operate Essog Video Production, a full service video editing, production, and compression company along with several adult and mainstream web sites.

?P2PADS is a fantastic company and has a world of growth ahead of it, however, I need time to focus on my other business projects. I know Mark and his team are the best people to take this company to new heights and I can?t imagine turning it over to a better group.? Gosse said earlier this week.

?P2PADS has had explosive growth in the adult and mainstream markets, we?re looking forward to offering our unique traffic and video distribution capabilities on a much larger level?. Hurson says. ?Brad has been a great partner and a real pleasure to work with, we all wish him well in his new ventures and hope to work with him again in the future.?

The operation will continue to reside in the Orangeville, Ontario office and the takeover should appear seamless to customers and vendors.

P2PADS is a peer-to-peer advertising agency that generates and re-sells hundreds of millions of targeted unique visitors monthly. P2PADS also offers viral video distribution, unique branding exposure and piracy protection of content.

i will disagree with you.. p2p traffic can be effective, but its not easy.. p2pads are top shelf in my book and i compete against them...
