Eh, without getting technical, I'd have to say it was a weak call to change it based on what people think.

People are going to bitch about shit regardless of what you do for customer service. You have to do your best to help people out when they have problems, and you 100% have to be HONEST at all times. If you've done all of that, and people STILL give you shit ... why bother with them? Do they need the support of a handful of loudmouthed cocks on some board with a collective account of $37.82?
