Looking for the TOP 14 webmasters resources sites to submit to.

When you want to submit your program, tool, etc to webmasters resources sites, who do you choose if your limiting it to only 14.

Obviously a timely listing is a factor to consider,
next, one needs to consider the traffic that could come from them to you,

so, with these in mind, who do you think are the best,

Certainly cozyfrog ranks up there in the top 5 i'd say.

I'm only interested in sites that accept submissions & list them in a timely manner. (less than 7 days)


So, who do you reccomend..

i will have to admit that GFY board is a great one for webmasters

top 14? What kinda number is that? Why not the top 11? or top 17? or top 36?

I'm limiting 14 88x31 links in footer of main page..
