I like Silva, but i can't see him beating CroCop unless he puts on some serious pounds...

I wouldn't be surprised if they come in close to the same weight. Silva walks around at about 220 and Mirko is a small HW, probably about 230 or so.

Silva "won" the last time they fought, but we all know that Mirko is a much better MMA fighter now. Should be a great fight. I see Silva following the gameplan that Fedor and Hunt used to beat CroCop - stay in his face and pressure him constantly. Silva should be able to get enough trip-takedowns to sway the judge's cards in his favor with some GnP.

I'd love to see Barnett take it all. Him or Cro Cop. But I still love Silva and can't wait for him to fight Liddell at some point. Shit as far as I'm concerned the only clear cut winner will be the fans!
My overall hope is for Cro Cop to win it.
My prediction though is Barnett will take it.

Nogueira is taking it. Silva will beat Crocop if he can whitstand first 5 minutes. Crocop has some serious heart problems. Watch his last 5 or 6 fights. He's gasping for air sooner and sooner as the time passes. First he was able to do 10 mins, then 7, then 5, then 3... Silva has excelent stamina, and all he has to watch out for is that he doesn't take a clear punch cause Mirko can throw one hell of a kick.

Most of you probably gona hate me for this, but Barnett already went more then i thought he would :) I really don't see him passing this round in any possible way. Nogueira will take it 100%. There's no chance Barnett is gona KO him, and even less of a chance he'll pull a submission. I give it 2 rounds max for Nogueira to pull a hand submission, or a triangle.

After that, finals Nogueira vs Silva, Nogueira taking it, but will be close. Probably a submission again.

Cro Cop when all said and done

Mirko is going to kill Silva, and I'd say go on to win it. His last two performances were spot on.

His last two opponents didn't put up much of a fight.

Well i totally fucked up on the prediction. Good thing i'm not a betting man.
