hmm, is this the official RC1 version?

I'll wait til the ratio of good to bad comments about it is 50/50 or better...right now it's 99.999% bad so far but maybe this release will change that.

I tried another version a while ago - It was so fucking bad it was unusable.

Dont even think about it if you dont have 2gig of ram.

I have more than that... it's not the requirements that scare me, it's whether or not it's a complete system.

I have 4 gigs of ram here, so I'm golden, BUT I think I'll hold off on downloading that.

i almost want to change just because windows xp has the lamest schemes. There whole bubbly rolling cow hills junk was stupid.

But if the computer is important I wouldn't do it yet. Maybe on one of the Kamikaze machines.

I had Longhorn installed....(the official release...I signed up to microsoft beta testing) and it was shitty...

couldnt get my wireless internet to work... and it was crashing in my face a lot... and not to mention the HUGE ammount of ram that vista alone was consuming... I hope this one is better
