Adult webmasters (and those who care about 1st amendment rights) should really pay attention to the health of the moderate/liberal members of the US Supreme Court.

Another area for concern: the Court's increasing comfort with "time and manner" restrictions on speech. One way to read this is that it would allow for the segregation of certain speech to certain online neighborhoods (read: resurrection of the whole .xxx fiasco)
