So, yes, I do -pretty much- limit myself to R-rated niche material; it's a living and I'm not going to apologize.
But last night I met and got into a conversation with a local group that has a great amateur concept (ready to launch!) and they were wondering about a law that they had to deal with some sort of statement/records keeping about their models regarding AIDS testing/results?!?
Can anyone elaborate on this- that "clean-bill-of-health" medical records have to be kept on file for all the featured perrformers, that this is a federal law (they're in Louisiana btw, but have the option to incorporate anywhere else), that there is a "grandfather clause" exception (where content made before a certain date has been made exempt), and that there are some sort of severe penalties (comparable to not having 2275 records on hand) for any model lacking a "Medical Certificate" to perform bukkake.
Actually, they posed the question in the form of - "Are such records required for a solo-masturbation in
scenes as well", but being unfamiliar with anything along these lines at all...
