I know it's a horrible thing to say, but I'd be lying to myself if I said I wasn't glad he's gone. I mean, it wouldn't make a difference to me if he was dead or not. The fact that he will never be on television again is incredible.

I can't wait for the news to die down. Once Ty Pennington (Extreme Makeover: Home Edition) dies, TV will be perfect again. And I would be glad he's dead. Ecstatic actually.

I don't think Steve Irwin was ever significant enough to make a post about. And neither is he now. It's the undue attention that's gotten mine.

You think they will stop playing his shows? My guess is they will be played even more than usual for the next 5 years or so in reruns. Get ready for lots of specials and retrospectives about his life as well.

I could think of quite a few other people I'd like to see go off the air before him. For instance, anything they play on UPN.

Well, the fact that he is dead, and was known by pretty much everyone certainly explains that...Same thing happen everytime a celebrity dies...

I still don't think he deserved to die, as I had pretty much no problem avoiding his show on TV...the guy did a lot of good things for the environment...had a wife and a kid... Saying that he deserved to die because you found his show annoying is a stupid thing to say...as if they are going to stop airing his show now that he is dead....the contrary will probably happen..
