    Your original issues have been addressed.

    - Can Anyone Play?
    Yes it is open to adult webmasters

    - Can I still play if I live outside of Canada/USA?
    Yes the address is not needed during the join process, All we need is your Name, email and url.

    - Will you give out my info?
    No the info is needed to just ensure you are an adult webmaster.

    - I don't know shit about football why should I play?
    You can set your picks to be random so why not take the 2 seconds to join and hope to get lucky right?
