Ever feel like something will never get done because of hold ups?
 

Thats the one complaint I have the most about hiring people...Turn around time...Its like a waiting game...Someone will do awesome work...But you have to kinda bite your tongue as your waiting for it...

Some times your just standing there with projects...with your hands tied behind your back waiting for shit...

Am I the only one this happens to? haha

That's one thing I really hate. You aint just wasting precious time, but some valuable ideas.

It happens all the time.

it comes down to your project management skills and dont accept no for an answer or accept any delays.

If it is not happening you need to change your team and find someone else who will get it done for you, you have to take personal feelings out of it and fire their ass.

Part of doing business, especially if you are dealing with people in multiple countries and time zones. In your project planning, you will always need to plan for it.
