I Am Reluctant"
 

I am recluctant to even mention this at all and I will not explain it at all, so all of you will just be irritated by this post (probably not the first post of mine that some of you are irritated by).

I have thought of something that I hope never enters the minds of any terrorists.

The act requires no exotic devices or sophostication at all, is very simple to execute, and would be more destructive than several nukes. It would require twenty-fifty terrorists being infiltrated into the country to carry it out in an effective manner.

I have considered notifying the FBI but I also cannot think of any real effective defense to it other than to hope that terrorists never think of it and to see that terrorists are not allowed to infiltrate the country in the first place. In addition to many things get leaked to the press and it would place the thought in the terrorists minds. It is just better that I keep it to myself. My military mind thinks about such things.

Why does the media call him Osama, but the FBI's website calls him Usama? Did the media screw up for so many years, and now they would just look dumb to change it?

I have decided not to even notify the FBI because I am afraid of the possibility of it being leaked to the press, so no, I will not post it here. I have not even told members of my family.

At one point in my military carreer I had a Top Secret security clearance. I respected it then and even though that was many years ago, I still feel an obligation to be discerning.

I made the post primarily to provide food for thought and possibly create a greater awareness of vunerabilities that may exist in the USA.

I would guess because his name has to be translated from Arabic to English and either is just as accurate.

I've thought with all the damn hotels/motels they run in the U.S. - what a perfect opportunity to orchestrate a timed response and kill a bunch of us in our sleep (through the air system or something) They could get an 8 hr head start at getting away - while we were sleeping
