I think it should be a decsion up to the COUPLE...not just the woman. A buddy of mine got his gf pregnant. He wanted it, but she didn't & she ended up having the abortion behind his back. He was crushed.

as long as it's legal, people can do it in a controlled environment. if it was outlawed, people would still need it, except we'd have a shitload of coat-hanger abortions and plenty of miscarriages later on in life due to that..

keep it legal, safe, confidential. sure, it sucks if you have to resort to it, but it's better than having a baby when you're young or not ready, treating it like shit, raising it in sub-standard conditions, so it grows up and becomes a criminal, rapes women, impregnates them, and then they cannot have abortions either. then there are two generations of bastard children running around, multiplying...

I agree w/ eRock. Both the man and woman are responsible for the unborn child. It would totally pissed me off if my gf decided to have an abortion(if it does not threaten her life) w/o my knowledge, and I am the father of that unborn child.

My personal belief is that it abortion should be legal if the woman should choose to have it.
Because guys, in the long run it is always her FINAL decision. No matter how politically correct or fair you want to be.

We all should know that by having intercourse with someone in which protection or no protection is used you are ALWAYS taking the risk...even if it is only .001% Think about that the next you are about to have sex...will I want to have my genes mix with theirs....sometimes it is a scary picture :helpme

I vote that the mandatory child support payments be removed. If a woman wants to bring a child into this world without the agreement of the father, he is not liable for this child..that he did not want and vice versa.

I personally think any abortion "doctor" or woman who puts her unborn baby to death deserves to be shot.

There is a large shortage of kids available for adoption here in the US, and many couples wait years to get one. So it's not like the unwanted baby wouldn't have a good home.
