paypal & adult? Another pp question.
 

I'm reading all over paypal's TOS.. I don't see anywhere in there that says no adult?


Also, for this ecommerce/shopping cart, payment gateway has pp linked to business acct, but I only have a personal acct. When I click paypal payment links, they show the correct information, however, with a personal acct & not a business acct, should a payment be made, will it work?

So you're considering doing two things that you know are Not Quite Right? Don't risk it.

paypal and adult is fine

just be careful, ive been doing it for a while and didnt have any problems.

yeah, that's what people say, but where does it say so in their tos.. i looked all over everything,, no such info anywhere on their site.

Also, it's "Adult Webmaster Service", so, what then.. I could just use stormpay, but have to look over their tos.. & most, if hardly any webmasters use stormpay.. & Epass isnt equipped to be integrated via ecommerce/shopping carts

pp and adult is fne as long as THEY dont know its adult

You can't use PayPal for adult stuff.

so, technically I wouldn't be able to sell content because this would be a definite violation.. shit!!

Nor could I accept paypal for domains with adult themes..

or for websites containing all of the above,,


well, that sucks... hmm.. I gotta figure way to alter shopping cart to work with epassporte..

i got closed down with couple of hundred back in november, they said they would send a cheque out 6 months later. only problem was the name on the account was made up :/ and they wouldnt let me change it to mine :/ :/

I suppose stormpay is the same way too..
