Its just annoying crap. the affiliate ids aren't valid, someone is just psising away bandwidth and trying to annoy webmasters and discredit programs.

I'm getting lots as well. The problem with this spam is that 'investigating' it can create a perilous trail of footprints which might be used against the original victim of the spam.

What's the current methodology for dealing with this. I used to track the links to determine the beneficiery, but I aint tracking this crap.

These sites have hard links to Naughty.com on them.. They have bangbros pop-ups with pps=dmexits. They also have mayorsmoney pop-ups.

Are the 'fake affiliate codes' (if it is a 'joe job') consistent and identifyable - or are they endlessly random.

If there is a fixed set of sleazy aff codes, are the sponsors willing to block traffic coming in on those codes to assert their claims of not having anything to do ith them?
