Do surfers know they're surfers?
You see it in many adult program's 1st page, there's usually a link saying "surfers click here for free porn", do surfers know that message is directed to them? Or do they just notice the 'free porn' part and click on it? :upsidedow

I've always kind of wondered the same. Personally, i think it's better to assume every visitor is a surfer, unless they have gone to a dedicated area of the domain (i.e. yoursite.com/webmasters or webmasters.yoursite.com) - that way you don't have to bother with a "question screen", which could potentially loose you some traffic.

on www.Satancash.com we say Webmasters and Free Porn .. you'd be surprised at how many sign-up come from that link ..

i think FREE PORN is a much better text link to give them
other wise they'll go to webmaters lookign for free porn ;) |
thats very true, they probbly wont know they are a surfer

That is an excellent question - I think many 'surfers' do NOT know what 'surfers' means. This is an industry (not consumer) term.

The word 'sufer' is also used alot on content provider sites.
