Most $ won Gambling?
 

One of my previous employers was nice enough to finance a trip to Beluxi last summer, i hit the roulette tables with a veangance. I won about 1000$ (started out with 50$) just kept picking the right color.

Everyone was staring at me like i was a loser to keep betting on "black" & "red", but after a half hour, they were betting on me :1orglaugh

2 hours later i lost it all at the blackjack table, went home about even.

Whats your story?

won 15 dimes in the bahamas on "let it ride" first hand of the night

I put 1 .25 coin in a slot machine and won around $15 I think.
Started playing poker later and ended up -$85 when I left the Casino.

i usually go home with at least 5k extra in my pocket

I use to win a bit... use to go to Reno 3 or 4 times a month...
No longer... don't have the kind of cash flow I use to have.

The most I've won had $20.00 on a 5 spot Keno ticket.
$18,000 +.

One time went to Reno... within 1 1/2 hour's time
hit a $5.00 slot for $12,500.00 a 3 coin $1.00 for $1,200.00
put maybe $50.00 back in and hit it for $2,400.00 hit another
2 coin $1.00.00 for $1,200.00.. and hit a $100.00 poker slot
for $ 5,000.00 .

I use to hit $5,000.00 and $8,000.00 all the time on the $5.00 slots.

Then I would go play the $100.00 slots for awhile with there money....

Remember one time I went broke and stopped at Boomtown,
all I could get with my credit card was $45.00.

so I went to the $5.00 slots... $10..00 in zip...another $10.00
hit $800.00... the lady working there told to quit... I ask her if she was fucking Crazy.... put like $30.00 more in and hit $1,800.00
while I was waiting for them to come pay me .... the next Mach.
I hit $1,000.00 while it was kicking out the one next to it another $1,000.00 there was 5 Mach.'s on that roll everyone $1,000.00
the lady watched my money...went around to the other side and
hit two more Mach.'s for $3,000.00...

I don't know if you would call this Gambling or not,,,,:winkwink:

Straight Flush for $17,000 at caribbean stud at the MGM, is my one hand Highest. I've also hit $11,000 at luxor and $8000 at Fitzgeralds in Reno in one hand.

The most I've left Vegas with was $22K. All Cash, they stopped me at the airport and wanted to know what was in my pocket! This was Pre 9/11, when they didn't do that much! I guess they weren't used to seeing people leave with cash....:1orglaugh

yeah and dont gamble at online casinos - they leeched 250$ out of me

I used to use a Roulette system, and it did work..... until you get really unlucky. It's my own version of the Martingale system.

With mine wait for red to come up 4 times in a row, then bet 1 unit on black. If red comes up again, bet 2 on black. Red again, 4 on balck. Red again, 8 on black. etc... Just keep doubling until it finally comes up. Then you win all your money back plus one unit.

I modified Martingale because that one is just too risky. Odds are much better if you wait for a string of them to come up before betting.

Takes forever, so use an online casino (non-public table) to make it go faster. Though I am paranoid their software detects this sort of thing.....

then I left and bought supper ;)

I once won about $1500 in a "friendly poker game." My friend was using an iou for about $1000 of it. So I took his antique console tv. Not a bad deal for me. Not a bad deal for him. Except the part of the deal that said he had to help me move it.

The next time I was over a couple weeks later, he had a 10" b & w sitting where his old one was. I did feel pretty bad. So when I moved out of my apartment I sold it back to him for $250. But he had to move it. Thing was fucking heavy. I wasn't gonna move it again. :)

Last time when I went to Las Vegas I broke Even,

I kept putting $1 in the change machine and got back 4 quarters

I did this all night So yah I broke even,

I also got free cocktails playing on the change machine.

I hit $50,000 on a $5 scratch ticket a few years back.... does that count as gambling?

I won 43g in one 24hr period last fall playing at intercasino..and yes they paid..the checks arrived FEDEX..in the month of oct.i cleared just over 70g..

most i've even won was about 5K playing blackjack.

I sat at a Black Jack table in the horizon in s. lake tahoe, for 13 hours, ***** to the gills, had about 20 beers and 20 shots, verbally harassed tyra banks, and walked out at the end of it at 7:30am with over 2k...

which may not be much, but considering my mental state and the fact that I started with 50 bucks...I'd say I was a fucking KING!

I have family in shreveport...bass ackwards motherfuckers they are...
