If a paysite uses ccbill, and I got a spam email for that site, but the link in the email is not a ccbill link, it just: "http://www.thesite.com" .

If I complain to ccbill, can they do anything or they don't have the right to do anything since there was no "ccbill.com" in the url of the spam ???

Check out the CCbill TOS. Do a "find" on Spam, and read up on it. More than likely, spamming a site processed by CCBill is unacceptable.

Right, copy and paste the headers onto the email and forward it to [email protected], with a quick explanation.

It will get taken care of
