starting a sponsor site
 

i have been in the tgp biz for a while. I am interested in starting a sponsor/affiliate site. how do you go about doing this?

i know nothing of that side of a business so i would start building a paysite first.

I would say
Step one: build a great successful paysite with content management system, exclusive content
Step two: use CC bill or paycom affiliate system
Step three: Get NATS and cascading billing with different billing cos.
And there are about a million more steps in there too, but that might give you a few ideas
