There was a really funny article in C&D a few months back where a guy took an AMG version of one of those mercedes drag racing at the local drag strip (south east somewhere) and the thing ran 11.6 WITH THE AC ON!. It left so hard that the roll over protection hoop jumped up.

For those inclined to drag racing, an 11 second "drive it for groceries stocker" is a darn good speed.
