Sometimes a program guy will ban a certain country after it gives him alot of trouble.. they don't always just ban certain countries. Chargebacks and Fraud are more of a hassle, headache and cost than you can even imagine!

Have you ever tried IcooCash? (See my sig) .. They have good stuff, converts very well for me.

maybe its worth contacting them privately and asking to allow you on board.
