I know you can't bring liquids but what about food?

Food shouldn't be a problem.

Check with your airline some airlines don't allow you to bring food/beverages on board (even before the lastest incident)

as long as it's not liquid it'll be fine.

maybe gfy isn't 100% accurate but it will be faster then waiting on hold for 40 minutes.

long international flight. sometimes they don't give enough food.

I think you can bring fruits, not sure though, might do good if you call the airline and ask.

yeah, but with all the security issues I wouldn't bother to bring anything that might cause delays. The fact that I can't even bring a hand sanitizer pisses me off already.

i dont think so, you might be able to hide anthrax inside your food to terrorize the plane
