Automatic Investment Plans?
 

I want to start learning about investing. I've been reading a good deal, and have a general idea of where I'd like to start.

What I am not understanding is are there any automatic investment plans that let you contribute to a SEP IRA? Or are they all for investments that are outside the tax shelter of a retirement account?

Either way, do any of you use one of these plans, and if so, what company do you do it through? I've been reading the Schwab site this morning, and it doesn't sound too scary.
