does anyone know how to set one up and the tax regulations that follow?

Call an attorney. They'll be MORE than happy to set up a legal defense fund for their clients.......

seriously this is to get my daughter back in my life since her cunt of a mother........ well better left for another thread. I think only 2 other people on this board know about this but I am sooooooooooo fucked if I don't setup a fund since her parents have more money then 75 percent of the people who post here.

No this has to do this my soon-to-be ex-wife and custody of my daughter which she hasn't even given me visitation rights with.

a little background without getting too involved as to why I need a legal defense fund is her father happened to be a retired GM lawyer, and her mother is a lawyer with the government, specifically the Social Security Administration.

So needless to say I am completely fucked without decent representation.

Like I said before, after you hire yourself an attorney, THEY will set up a "legal defense fund" for you. Why? Because it's a way for them to collect their paycheck...... :thumbsup

I'm not asking for anything man I just want to setup a fund whereas I can donate anything left over, I've been around here for a long fucking time and been in the biz longer then I've been posting here in that time I've NEVER asked for help money-wise you can ask all of the older heads and I'm not asking now I just need to know how to setup a legal defense fund even if I have to get someone else to set it up and promote it for me
