Embedding pop-ups in WMV (vid) files - Help

Can anyone point me to the right direction where I can learn how to add pop-ups for video files (wmv) ?

its all based on DRM software, you need a DRM server to do it

sort of... u need to use drm to get around blockers...

It's virtually useless in .wmv files if the user uses windows media player. Use flash files instead, much more efficient for pop ups and other goodies you can do.
