Mailing list for all GFYers to advertise in for free?
 

I am just curious about a newsletter. If I put together a newsletter and let all of you who are interested in advertising in it for free to help us all get exposure is this a good idea?

If you submitted your ads and your site details and linked the details about joining the newsletter in your resource centers to help all involved. A warped way of being connected together I guess. I don't know, just a thought.

No! if everyone advertises the newsletter on their sites, well then you exposing more resources and opportunities to your surffers. The idea is not geared at webmasters, it is meant to expose more webmasters to the surffers, just away of helping each other out. Kinda like a webring....

But of course! Whats a newsletter without useless crap, we can call it useless polls for useless info....

Could be, but nothing wrong with competition, believe I know lendingtree.com does well with offering choices. You write the ads and you make yourself sound better.

LendingTree is not a loan company. They don't advertise their competitors. They advertise loan companies under their service.

That is true, and I am talking about providing such a service.

Yes it may seem odd to compete with similar companies, but hell, it could not hurt, hell dude, I have recommended, adultlogin.com and freenetpass and so on to my webmasters looking for more choices, it is alright with me. I don't believe that hurt me any.

If lendingtree was a lending company, hell, I am sure they would not recommend other lending companies, I just don't know.

I am getting input just to get an idea, but I see what you mean.
Then again I don't have a company to compare it with, lendingtree was the closest thing I came up with.
